Making a Difference in Every Bite
To carry on Stoobie’s name and spirit, we turned to something he loved to do, which was cooking, and the idea came to us to share the passion and perfection of his beef jerky recipe. From this, "Stoobie Stix" was born- a way to share his legacy, spread joy, and make a difference. In honor of Stoobie, a portion of our proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, helping others find hope and support in their darkest moments.

Finding Meaning in Remembrance
For us, this journey is deeply personal. Ten years ago, we lost Steve, lovingly known as “Stoobie”, to suicide. His energy, love for life, and unforgettable sense of humor left a lasting imprint on all of us. Since then, we’ve honored his memory in small but meaningful ways- like enjoying a free Slurpee on 7/11 (the day he passed), sharing the songs he loved, and reminiscing about the amazing stories and adventures we shared as a family.
